About Cheryl Spence

A licensed real estate professional for almost three decades, Cheryl Spence is the owner and Broker of Jupiter Real Estate Group. 

First and foremost, she considers herself a consultant and project manager for her clients. Starting out as a restaurateur in Marin County before transitioning into real estate, Cheryl credits her work in the industry to the development of her strong work ethic, the ability to form strong personal relationships, and going above and beyond for her clients.

In 1992, Cheryl joined the top real estate marketing firm on the West Coast. She began her career from the bottom up and moved into on-site sales management and consulting with developers, builders, and architects on multi-unit condominium projects in San Francisco.

She channeled her creativity and knowledge into both structure and function, and developed techniques and a seamless style of communication for the build-to-buy process. She honed the necessary business skills in consulting, project management, and risk management while discovering her passion for helping people realize and achieve their goals.

In 2006, Cheryl created Jupiter Real Estate Group offering personal real estate consultation for people who are buying, selling, or building homes. She is a direct communicator and educates and informs her buyers and sellers on every level helping them navigate property preparation, disclosure, compliance laws, and tradeoffs. 

Cheryl has been representing and serving her clients on both sides of the Golden Gate Bridge for the past 29 years. When she is not serving her clients, Cheryl is devoted to her beloved animals, various animal causes, music, and the arts.
