Throughout her 20 year career, Cheryl Spence has earned a reputation as a skilled negotiator and tireless advocate for her clientele. Cheryl is the founder, broker and principal consultant of Jupiter Real Estate Group.

A central figure behind the San Francisco loft real estate boom of the early 1990′s, Cheryl spent over a decade working as a developer representative on many top loft conversions and newly constructed loft projects in the South of Market Area (SOMA) in San Francisco. This experience greatly contributed to her success as she continued her career as project manager and consultant for various multi-unit residential condominium projects. Cheryl’s extensive experience in residential developments significantly enhances her abilities and resourcing when advising clients on the purchase of condominiums or single-family homes in San Francisco and Marin counties.

Cheryl is well respected for her expertise and well-liked in Bay Area real estate. She founded Jupiter Real Estate Group to bring together her knowledge and diverse network of resources to provide personalized customer service to her clients, building long-term relationships. She continues to represent and consult with buyers, sellers, and developers on both sides of the Golden Gate Bridge.
